چکیده
Background: The optimal coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) technique is still evolving. This study aimed to evaluate the early results of total arterial off-pump using bilateral internal mammary arteries.
Methods: was performed from May 2018 2019 at a cardiac surgery center in India. It included 200 patients with disease who had CABG arteries. follow-ups for three months. There were 50 females, and mean age 50±10 years.
Results: Conversion on-pump required one case (0.5%). use complete vein grafts needed cases (1.5%), graft extension done two (1%). Intra-aortic balloon pump used Postoperative re-exploration bleeding (1%), sternal dehiscence or deep infection occurred A pacemaker (0.5%), postoperative need dialysis (1.5%). No operative mortality stroke reported. Redo patient (0.5%).
Conclusions: Off-pump revascularization arteries could have an acceptable outcome.

Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting using a bilateral internal mammary artery Y graft
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the outcome of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG) using a bilateral internal mammary artery (BIMA) Y configuration graft to achieve total arterial myocardial revascularization. METHODS From October 2002 to December 2008, 208 patients (196 males and 12 females) underwent OPCABG using a BIMA Y configuration graft. The average age of the patients was 56.5 ± 1...

We report the case of an 82-year-old man who underwent triple coronary artery bypass grafting with arterial grafts, who 20 years previously underwent left pneumonectomy for lung cancer. Computed tomography (CT) presented a marked shift of the heart and great vessels into the left hemithorax. Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting was performed through a left thoracotomy, in which the left int...

BACKGROUND The long-term benefit of bilateral internal thoracic grafts (BITA) is well established. BITA grafting is often avoided in diabetic, female, obese, elderly and other high-risk patients because of concerns for deep sternal wound infection. The objective of this study is to analyse early results of our BITA grafting and to establish the safety of BITA use in all patients. METHODS All ...

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in the United States and most developed countries. The majority of deaths are due to coronary artery disease. It is estimated that 419,000 coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) procedures were performed in the United States in 2009 for the surgical treatment of coronary artery disease. Off-pump CABG (without the use of cardiopulmonary bypass...
